Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — My money got deducted but train tickets are not booked | |||
I tried to book my train ticket from Guwahati to New Jalpaiguri on 23rd Jan 2021. I initiated the transaction on 30 dec around 9 am. My payment was successful of Rs 1562.82 but my train tickets are not booked. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. The payment was done through PhonePay UPI.
