[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Not getting my Airticket Refund

I am not getting positive response from Yatra Team. In all my email they reverted that the Booking reference number is not traceable, Have share them the screen shot which clearly mentioned the Booking reference number and Trip ID however not getting any response so far.

I am seriously surprised that after my multiple emails to you people with all the required details, I have still not received a confirmation email from you people that i can expect my refund payment to my account in 2-3days time.
In this conversation, I have attached all 4 tickets and latest update from Indigo regarding my refund which I had cancelled and I have been chasing for a refund since last one week.
Trust me guys, If my money is not refunded by Yatra Team max by Monday (18th April) I can start escalating this case to your top management and will also notify the ministry of aviation complaint department.
This is one of the worst experiences I have getting through a reputable travel agency.
Kindly take this up on a serious note and revert me with a confirmation and timeline for my payment.
