Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Not receiving the full amount of refund

I booked two flight tickets on 5th April with this booking reference number:[protected] from Delhi to Patna of "indigo" airlines through yatra and cancelled it within 30mintues of booking on the same day. I contacted indigo airlines for the same and they confirmed full refund but yatra is not returning the full amount.

Updated by rishita_singh It's impossible to contact yatra as their all customer care numbers are not functional and the mails send autogenerated replies which are not at all satisfactory.
