Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Payment successful but ticket not booked

Hi, I am Sumedha and I booked a tickey from Bhubaneshwar to Patna for traveling on 14/1/2021.I booked it using the yatra application on 12/07/2021 and payment was made through Google pay. I have attached the transaction proof with this mail. The payment was successful but I didn't get any ticket confirmation from you through email or in the application. I also registered the complaint on the application and mailed to yatra support also but have not received any response so far. Request you to kindly call on my registered mobile number with yatra and process my refund at the earliest.
