Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Payment was deducted from my card and due to some technical issue tickets were not booked

On 11th or march i tried booking a ticket from raipur to indore (indigo flight) but due to some technical issue the payment got deducted and the tickets was not confirmed from yatra side,

And since there is been no call support of your website, and emails were also not responded by you staff,

What kind of service are you giving here.

Does this takes this much time to locate a payment, when i have provided all the details to you via mail
