I have sent you the document received from Air India THRICE already. Unsure of why i'm being asked again. Anyway attaching it again to this thread.
Also, i paid Yatra right? So i will need to follow up with you for my money right, not Air India? They have provided a document stating that the flight was cancelled. I had to take a 16 hour car journey because of that. Please do the needful and refund my money.
I have already sent your customer support team FIVE follow up emails to no avail. I am really tired of running behind you guys for this. Please help me close this!

Updated by Mukund Mohan Raj This is was the same status you sent me on January 12th!! This is so frustrating!! I have sent you the letter the Air India. Surely you must be able to check yourself whether a flight flew or not! There must be a record of this right???????
Please stop fooling us and refund our money! Please!!!
