Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund not done for the cancelled train tickets

Hi,

I had cancelled two train tickets a month back on 16th March. I have not yet received any refund which is about 9000 INR. These yatra guys are just copy pasting same response to wait without actually resolving the refund issue. I feel they just have no intention of releasing my money to me.

Reference yatra.com ticket number is YA:30823200.
Could you please help resolve this issue.

No, wrong statement!! Bank has confirmed that they have not received any money from you. I have been writing several emails since more than a month now and you have same robotic response. You have NOT refunded me any money till date. You are just keeping my money and wasting my time as well. Refund my money ASAP.
The yatra.com has bunch of dumbs as their customer care. Or I doubt they are dumb infact they are helping Yatra.com to loot money from their customers. They are still keeping around 8k which irctc had returned upon cancellation of tickets.

Dear Arpana, We had already informed you that your amount of INR 3689.00 and 4450.00 against Yatra booking numbers 1203220070800 and 1503220104891 were refunded from our end on 16 MAR 2022 in the same mode of payment. In case FreeCharge confirms to you that the payment has not been received or the refund is not processed from Yatra.com, We would request you to please share the written communication from Freecharge for us to take it forward.
