[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund not received and unethical behaviour | |||
We have booked an International Honeymoon Package to Switzerland- Paris from Yatra in April 2016 and Paid for Superior rooms and point to point commute for our trip but when we reached Switzerland we got a Standard Room. Additonally i had to pay 80 euros in all transportation in paris From train station to hotel, from hotel to pickup point And finally hotel to airport !! These should have been part of the package as i was informed repeatedly that hotel will be walk able from pickup points and airport/ train station to hotel transfers will be included. I have been contacting Yatra Customer support for the same for 6 months now and not receiving any response. Was this information helpful? | |||
