This is with regards to Kolkata to Shillong flight (04/04/2020) with booking number[protected] from Yatra.com. Due to COVID, indigo had cancelled this flight and provided me a 100% refund for the same. But Yatra has provided me ecash and not refund to the original payment method. In spite of repeatedly writing to them, I am not getting any refund for the same. Kindly look into this and provide a solution. Was this information helpful? | |
