Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — refund of my international flight which was cancelled due to covid-19

I have booked ticket from yatra for mumbai to calgary for 16 april. My flight got cancelled and i haven't got replied from yatra. Now we are trying for full refund as it was not cancelled by us. They saying discount amount, insurance and convenience fess will not get refunded. Other travellers are giving full refund in this kind of situation but yatra is loiting people
