Verified Support Jul 11, 2020 Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in Customer Care's response Hi, Greetings from Yatra.com! As per records, your booking has been cancelled and Indigo Airline has credit the entire amount as a credit shell under Customers current PNR (hence no money will be refunded to original mode of payment). The credit shell will be utilized to create a new booking for same passengers. The fare difference will be applicable (If any). Regards, Yatra Care
