[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Tickets refund

I have canceled tickets with airlines they have confirmed that full refund has been processed and tickets are canceled. However, Yatra doesn’t seem to have any update they keep on closing my tickets which I open via email. I have been chasing with them more than a week now.
