I booked 2 tickets together and added cancellation protect on my booking. I contacted Liberty insurance and Yatra. Now they are saying that you have opted one passenger cancellation protection.
Firstly there was no option to opt passenger cancellation protect was for the whole booking. Also I paid extra for the insurance of 2 passengers.
I just received cancellation charges of 1 passenger from insurance company. There is no tele contact customer support, and email reply are late and incomplete. Was this information helpful? |
