Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Unconfirmed booking

Booked a To and Fro ticket from Hyderabad to New Delhi today but got PNR number for only(Hyd to Del) and for the Del to Hyd it's showing 00000 as PNR. But for both journeys in Yatra site/app it's showing as unconfirmed. While checking with Yatra customer service they mentioned I'll get confirmation mail for Hyd to Del in 2hrs but it's more than 8hrs I didn't received any. For the Del to Hyd they mentioned it will take 24-48hrs. I'm not sure why it will take 24 to 48hrs for just to tell whether the transaction is successful or not. Obviously fare will be increased after 2days. I'm not sure whether to rebook or not. This shows completely instability for flight ticket booking system. Even their customer care is not sure what to answer for the queries.
