Dear Biswajit, Greetings from Yatra.com!This email is with reference to your flight booking under Yatra reference no [protected]. We would like to inform you that your flight with Air Vistara has been cancelled by the airline and the entire amount of original PNR has been protected at full value.If the booking was made between 25th March and 14th April 2020 for the travel between 25th March and 03rd May 2020. You can select one of the below options One Complimentary Date/Flight/Sector Change will be permitted for travel till 31st December 2020,  with the same passenger details as mentioned in the original booking. No change fee will be charged. However, fare difference (if any) will be applicable. You are also eligible for full refund without any cancellation charges.If the booking was made before 21st May 2020 for the travel between 25th March to 30th June 2020. One Complimentary Date/Flight/Sector Change will be permitted for travel till 31st March 2021,  with the same passenger details as mentioned in the original booking. No change fee will be charged. However, fare difference (if any) will be applicable.If booking made between 21st May to 30th June 2020 for travel till 30th June 2020You can select one of the below options with the same passenger details as mentioned in the original booking. If you will opt for a travel date on or before 30th Jun 2020 on the same sector and cabin, one complimentary date/flight change will be permitted without any fare difference. If you will opt a travel date between 1st July 2020 to 31st Mar 2021, one complimentary Date/Flight/Sector change will be permitted. No change fee will be charged. However, fare difference (if any) will be applicable.Kindly Note, Once you have finalized your rebooking dates, please reply to us on the same email with preferred dates, origin, and destination at least 72 hours prior to the planned schedule any time before 31st March 2021 in order to utilize the full protected value of your original ticket.Disclaimer: if your cancellation is not impacted by the airline, then the cancellation penalties and refund will be as per the standard airline policy at the time of booking. As you can see from the long email chain, I am not getting any support from the Yatra team.
