[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Voucher is showing invalid

Hi Team
I had made a query at Yatra.com for holiday package after queried i got a call from yatra customer care with a number of [protected] and the guy name was Bhadra Bhushan Gogoi. I told him I have yatra gift voucher then he said sir please share vouchers so I can check if the voucher can be clubbed with this package or not so I share over the email to his id and his manager id

bhadra.[protected]@yatra.com
saurabh.[protected]@yatra.com

so after share voucher details, he confirmed they can club these vouchers with the holiday package but after that, he starting to ignore me and then I go to directly website and tried to make the payment using vouchers I got the invalid voucher and the worth of the vouchers is 10000 so can you please help me for further action.

Thats true I already contacted with them but I didn’t get any response till now and my vouchers last is 23rd nov so please ask them to respond asap so i can use them
