[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — yatra.com not giving refund even though the airline has processed a full refund from their end | |
My flight was cancelled by indigo airline on 21st march and they processed a full refund from their end (I have proof of that). But yatra.com (Travel agency) is holding this refund for more than 3 months. Booking ref no[protected] for pnr redppl. I have registered my complaints with yatra.com many times to get a resolution. But, yatra.com is holding the money and not giving the refund. Whenever i am raising a complaint on their website, they are changing the status to resolved without giving any solution. It is mental harassment for me to follow up every day to get the refund. Based on my experience, i will advise others also to avoid yatra.com for travel booking. Was this information helpful? | |
