I booked 2 tickets from akola to pune on 15th of aug 2016 of royal safari travels. We got confirmation on ticket booking and money also deducted. But when we reached at travels stop travel agency already booked same tickets for another person and told us they don't have any booking by our name. We tried to reach customer care for 1 week but didn't got any response.
