Trip IDYH2607821 Most disappointed services from brand like yatra. NO planning, no customer value. I have booked for another hotel, Yatra team changed my hotel at their wish and provided me hotel for those I specifically denied at the time of booking. During the course of booking, they always shown me the hotels for which I confirmed and changed my hotel in voucher. After a long discussion with concerned guys they provide me a refund of odd Rs 3000, which was below than actual difference in package cost. I given up and accepted their offer as I need to travel. But the verdict does not end their, at destination I was dropped by taxi at hotel as provided in travel voucher. at the hotel after a long waiting of more than 1 hour, I came to know my hotel changed again to another hotel, which is a low graded property and the local coordinator there told to go their your self, for local travel arrangement the will provide refund (for which they never contact me again). Fell very guilty that I have chosen yatra for my holiday. Literally I never know this type of worse services are being provided by yatra. Was this information helpful? | |||||
