Date - 5th july Yatra reference of failed transaction - [protected] Sbi transaction reference[protected]ig0chbxti8 Amount - 4243/- I was trying to book mangalore - mumbai flight on 5th july yatra.com website. Money was deducted from my sbi account but no ticket was issued. I have later followed up with yatra vide my email dated 11th july, 13th july, 14th july at [protected]@yatra.com. On 14th july yatra support responded with following reference - "re:'yatra=[protected]' yatra booking reference number [protected] and sbi transactionreference - zi4yqffotgg96zruqwzs12050ig0chbxpm2" asking few details which was responded to on the same day. After this i have followed up with yatra on their helpline number several times. However, yatra is not refunding my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
