[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Yatra unable to allot hotel room | |||||
Hello all, I have booked a hotel room from yatra portal at kohinoor samudra beach resort beach for two days from 24th to 26th march on 21st march, 2016. For this i have received a conformation from yatra that room booked vide booking reference number [protected]. Next day around 10:00 pm, receive an email from yatra that they couldn't arrange a room for me as per my choice of hotel. Based on the mail, have called customer support next day around 8:00 am, and support representative confirmed that they tried to call hotel and couldn't reach hotel and confirm my booking and suggested me to go for cancellation. As per telephonic discussion had with yatra customer support have initiated cancellation and also as spoken to support team with almost 5 different support representative, last spoke to navneet, till now haven't received and confirmation from yatra that my request of cancellation executed and refund initiated.
