I had to leave for kolkata on 16th of april, 2016 on a urgent basis and i opened the yatra portal through mobile. Booked the ticket of

Received a message on my registered mobile id : transaction ref no. Ig0bvepfg0 for rs. 20130 on 16-apr-16 17:00, from sbi.


Rs. 20130 debited from my account.
Ticket confirmation failed.

The yatra representative called from no. [protected] saying as the booking has failed i can try again, when i reverted that from my savings account rs. 20130/- has been transacted, they said then in that case it will be reverted within 24 hours.

I had also called on [protected]. There a representative states that the balance which has been cut from your account will reach there portal and then only will be reverted back. Till now the payment has not reached there
Account.

I have not received anything till now.
