Yatra.com — Cheating customers

Recently i made a booking using yatra.com, i have had the worst experience with them. Firstly, the website doesn't mention the check in and check out at there portal. I booked Mango hotel by paying Rs.1990/- . When i reached the hotel i was made to wait for 40mins, then after checking in they kept on nagging me to pay 50% extra amount saying that i had checked in early. When i contacted the customer care of YATRA.com, it was a nightmare. They talk rudely, make false promises and blame the customers. Instead of taking the accountability or compensating for my loss they made me pay the extra Rs1000/- to the hotel. They are looting people on daily basis, there are numerous complaints on them in the forums. I know its Rs. 1000/- only but each day every common man is being looted by them, i want them to realize the power of consumer, so that they start respecting them instead of embarrassing.
