[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Haven't refunded my money yet

I had booked a flight ticket for the date of 11/07/14 from Chennai to Kolkata on 08/07/14 at 10.40 pm.I did my payment through net banking and it showed that money has been debited from my bank account but didn't return to the booking page but showed that access denied. Within sometime I got a call from Yatra.com support telling that my ticket hasn't booked yet and I had to book again in order to confirm it.I told him to credit the amount of Rs.17568 first to my account and I will book the next day once I check the amount being credited tomy bank acoount. He told within 24 hrs it will be credited but not yet done.I request Yatra to refund my money asap.
