[Resolved]  Yatra.com — miscommunication

my Reference no [protected] i booked my ticket on 16-jun-2015 from Mumbai and harare on 18-jun-2015 and my return ticket was on 2-jul-2015.Due to some reason i need to leave harare on 29-jun-2015.So on the 28-jun-2015 i called yaatra customer care and due to some miscommunication instead of booking my ticket on 29-jun-2015 they booked my ticket on 30-jul-2015 and to rechedule this they also deducted rs 5858. I was in hurry so i didn't have time to look at my ticket as i need to leave for airport there when i reached mumbai they said u r travelling on 30-jul-2015 so now u have to pay 87$ as a penalty i paid that .i called up yaatra and now they are not even listening to me nor they are providing me the conversion between me and the customer service i request you to look at this issue and raise a complaint agaist same
