Yatra.com — My booking for AI flight AI 660 didn't have my name

Dear Yatra guys, This was my first experience with you and you made it my last last experience. I was booked on AI flight from Mangalore to Delhi. Details are as under. Adult MRS ARCHANA SINGAL - [protected] Mumbai-New Delhi Airindia AI-633 Departure: Mumbai: 15 Feb 2015 16:00 Hrs Arrival: New Delhi 15 Feb 2015 19:15 Hrs Airline PNR YFXMS S.No. Type Passenger Name Ticket No 1. Adult MRS ARCHANA SINGAL - [protected] The Mangalore Mumbai flight time had changed from 12.50 to 13.15hrs and I was not infomred. My booking from Mumbai to Delhi was not showing in their system so I was not handed boarding pass for Mumbai-Delhi flight and my luggage was dropped off in Mumbai despite being booked for Delhi, which went missing in Mumbai. AI people in Mangalore scirbbled something on a paper telling lies of assured seat. They had put me in Standby. No flight existed at 16.00 hrs from Mumbai and nobody was ready to cooperate. Isn't it your duty to inform me the changed time of the flight. How can you book me in a flight that doesn't exist??? It was a stressful and horrible experience for me.
