[Resolved] Yatra.com — Non reimbursment of extra amount charged by hotel | |||
I have booked hotel through yatra for lucknow . The room was not booked as requested and as confirm at the time of booking by Yatra rep. On reaching hotel I was told to check in a lower category of room, hotel staff demanded an additional payments to allot the room . After numerous call to the Yatra office, I was told to pay the difference in amount of the payment as requested by hotel for room supposed to be booked by Yatra, I also received an e- mail confirmation on same from Yatra office. The claim was submitted for the same 15 days back and I am still awaiting for the settlement of same, I have made several call to Yatra to enquire about the progress of same but everytime I get the same answer to wait for few more days.
