[Resolved] Yatra.com — Refusing to refund the full amount. | |||
On 11th July, I had booked the return confirmed ticket (GOI-BLR-GOI) on Yatra.com. Reference number[protected] However, due to Yatra website or airline issues, I received the flight ticket confirmation for one sector only (GOI-BLR). Besides, I received an email on same day in evening from yatra team stating the refund money for BLR-GOI sector. I replied to their email next day (12th July) requesting to cancel remaining sector as well. (GOI-BLR) Since today, 04th August there was no official reply to an email from yatra team, thus called for customer support. Yatra teams inform me that they will not able to refund the full flight ticket as there are flight cancellation charges and yatra charges. From total deduction from Rs 6000+, I will receive just Rs 112. To conclude, I booked the flight ticket from YAtra.com with option of return flight yet they booked one way ticket (GOI-BLR) and despite it being their mistake are now refusing to refund the full flight fare. This looks for me Yatra are one step ahead in moving towards the yatra_forgery.com. Awaiting for official reply from Yatra. Was this information helpful? | |||
