Zandu — Amount deducted but no order or product | |||||
Tried to place order from zandu site made payment by paytm. So money got deducted but order not generated by zandu site. Till now no refund send mail and called zandu helpdesk but no reply Was this information helpful? | |||||

Oct 23, 2020 Updated by VijaySharma80 Zandu care is saying connect with paytm as they have not received the payment and paytm responded as shown in image(as per paytm zandu told them order delivered), zandu care has not shared any order detail or tracking id, no products delivered till date almost month. | |||||
