[Resolved] Zandu — Defective product received | |||||
I have order two 900gm of zandu kesari jivan fit for diabetic chavanprash on 1st june 2020 my order i'd is order #zn1758. But on 10 june 2020 i have recieved my order and when i open a chavanprash box my one bottle seal is open and whole chavanprash fell in cap of bottle and inside the box. I am mail it to zandu care on 10 june but till now no reply and i also talk with customers care they are also telling lie from last 7 days we will call you but till now no response recieved. I request you to kindly exchange my product or refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
