I had ordered Immuno essential kit on 2nd Aug 2022, which is not yet delivered as on date(20/082022), thus i wrote to Zandu on [protected]@zanducare.com, after 10 days of order they respond saying we will deliver your order withing 7-10 days. It's was already after 10 days that I had required about my order this i wrote the 2nd mail on which they replied saying we have forwarded your complain to the concerned department and will revert soon, even after 2 days of writing to them no respond.
I wrote 3rd email on which they said your product is not in stock. My question is why such product are on display if they are not in your stock.? 2 days later I went and checked on the product link they gave on WhatsApp and to my surprise it is showing as " your order is been cancelled" for which I did not receive any refund.
