ZatSe — Recharged Amount debited in Bank, but not paid to IDEA

I have recharged my postpaid mobile no [protected] bill of rs. 390/- on 18/07/2014 and the amount of rs 390/- debited to my icici bank account but not paid to idea. Please let me know the status of my money as ealry as possible.
