ZTE Corporation — Touch Not Working

Dear Sir/Madam 1) I have purchased a ZTE N919D handset of CDMA online from Ebay during the month of Feb 15, this phone have many problems. touch is not working from Right top corner so I submit my phone to Ghaziabad ZTE Service Centre (Shanti Computers) on 4 Aug 15. They told me it will take 1 month to repair. but now they are saying part has not been delivered from company so your handset is not operated. It is therefore requested to kindly do the need full step or kindly guide me accordingly for rectification of the handset view the handset is under warranty. 3) My name and mobile number is appended below.
