[Resolved] ZTE — Worst Service support | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Harvinder Singh, I bought a new phone of zte s183 mobile from Reliance Dealer. After few days I am facing the problem in that mobile. The network was not coming, the keypad was not working, always showing invalid call during calling and then turn off. I gave it to the service center in Muskan Enterprises in Indore, Madhya pradesh, on 15/01/2015.but till now i don't get the proper response from them.i am waiting for repair of my phone but they are saying the parts are not being delivered by ZTE that is why we are not able to repair it. My case ID no. is IND[protected] for repair of my S183 ZTE/Reliance handset and the IMEI no. is a0000038be1466. I am facing lot of problem without phone please ensure repair of my ZTE phone as early as possible. Please send the part and ask then to repair it ASAP.
