ZTE Corporation — ZTE Mobile phones : Worst Service after sales

My cellphone touch was not working so i submitted my cellphone to ZTE service center on 5th September. But till date i haven't received any response from them. Every time I visit to them, they just say me that it will take another week since we have not received part from the company. I also raised a complain by calling to ZTE customer care number. Complain number - [protected] Everyday i call to ZTE helpline and they also have only one answer that we have forwarded your concern to our concern department, and they will contact you in the evening. But till date i haven't received any response from them. I have raised a complain on 14th October and it has been more than a month they have not replied to me. Today it has been more than 2 months, i have not received my phone nor got any response from ZTE company.
