[Resolved]  ZTE — mobile not repaired since 40 days

I am Abhijeet from nagpur i submitted my mobile phone to Zte service center at nagpur on 11th july 2014 to repair because of restart problem they took my phone said i will take 10 days to get repair. but now its near 40 days that did not repaired my phone and not given back to me and its 40 days since i submit my phone to service centre. and whenever i call zte customer care and service center they used to say me it will take more time. i can not understand what should i do now.
