ZTE — zte blade g2 handset given to service centre for repairing on 8th November 2014 still not received

My ZTE Blade G2 handset given to Service Centre at Dadar in Mumbai on 8th November 2014 for repairing. But since 3 months pass, i still not have received my handset from service centre. Service Centre people told me to speak with Mr.Sudhir Shetty for the handset because he is authorised person. Even after speaking with Sudhir Shetty from last 20 days. He is also not cooperating properly and always gives excuses like delivery is delayed and some other foolish things. Needs to know when i will get my handset also my warranty period is getting over because of this unprofessional people.
