TV repairing pending for 1 month

Hello, We have extended warranty with Croma. We gave our LG TV 50 inch for repairment. They picked the TV from home. We have paid 18k for the service before the repairment as they told us they cannot start repairing if we don’t pay them. It is been 1 month TV is still with them. They are not providing any update. Croma and Zopper (Croma’s insurance partner) manager both are not picking the call. We are cheated by Croma. Please help us...

Waiting for 15 days of ordering for my product to be delivered. Unprofessional people.

Handling charges

I purchased an HP 13 envy x360 laptop from the Croma store on August 14th and paid 9450 for Zip care.The laptop would not work without the charger, so we took it to the store for repair. Lg led 108cm 43ur8050 uhd/4k

Dear Team

We have purchased the LG Smart TV 43 Inch. Wide inv no SLA[protected] dated 22.10.23 from Croma show-room, Lower Parel Branch

But within a month I have observed white dot (( Dead Cell in the Led Panel ) on screen and the image lacks color brightness and the voice clarity also is not up to my expectation

Sir I ordered a I pad from croma then due to some issue I request to cancel order at that time order is not shipped .
But customer executive say they create a ticket for that .after 2 hr i got message your order ship . So they say me to refuse order at doorstep .after refused my order I don't get any update.previous 2 days it shows out for delivery...
