1mg — they didn't give me discount as they promised initially | |||
Surajit datta 1 mg complain (Order id po[protected] order date (18 february 2018) I have purchased some medicine from 1mg, prior to they delivered me the medicine they told me they will give me 20% rebate and extra 75 rupees. But when they came and delivered me the medicine, i checked the bill and did find that there had been no rebate as they charged me the full amount. I am a retired person and it’s hard for me to maintain my budget as i have to look after my wife as well. I lodged a complaint over the phone 2 weeks back, initially they promised to rectify their mistake and give me back my rebate amount. But 2 weeks have passed since then but nothing happened. 1 mg simply cheated me. Was this information helpful? | |||
