I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my blood test home collection booking with Order ID [protected]-741, scheduled for today January 18, 2026 between 7:00 AM and 7:20 AM.
The assigned phlebotomist, Nandan, did not turn up at my location at all. However, to my shock, I received an email stating that my samples were successfully collected at 7:37 AM and sent to the lab, which is completely false. No one visited my home...

I have bought medicines for 4500, while shipping they are saying price has increased to 5000. I have to pay extra. Although i have searched for the same product online after 5 hours in app, still it is showing 4500.

Why should i pay extra, if you guys are not maintaining the price accurately on your app....

Yesterday I place an order online for TAB. TEBOKEN FORTE 120 mg - 60 nos. and uploaded prescription, paid total amount . But they billed and dispatching TAB. TEBOKAN FORTE . To day I made contacted by chat ( In Tata 1 mg app) but could not find proper reply that " TAB. TEBOKAN FORT 120 mg & TAB. TEBOKAN FORTE medicine are same or different, if different then dispatch proper medicines as per prescription .
Please dispatch medicines...

We have booked Baidyanath Draksharishta but delivered Bakson #22 drops. We have complained (complained no[protected] but not resolved sofar....

The product "Tata 1 mg Vitamin D3 Capsule (60 Nos)" ordered by me was delivered on 28 Dec 2023, however the expiry date mentioned on the product is Mar 2024, which is not going to help.

The same may be taken back and the same product with a usable period of 24 to 36 months be supplied.

Instead of Gluformin XL 500 (extended release) they delivered Gluformin 500 which causes sudden drop in blood sugar.

Despite repeated & painfully long 'chats' on their website and repeated e-mails at their email id, there was no response to my return request.
Additionally, their website does not support attachments of simple screenshots or pix, making the chat process especially painful. They kept asking me to attach a photo while their website did not support an attachment despite my repeated attempts!

Very very disappointed and angry after this experience...

For my PO[protected] I ordered Omnacortil 20 tablets but the medicine delivery was Omnacortil 40....

I had ordered 3 no. Of humasilin 30/70 100 iu vial / received 3no of humasilin 30/70 cartridges.
Total waste for me as I have never used cartridges before for which you require an insulin pen. Attached image of my order and what I received instead

I had ordered tablets of Hypertension and Diabetes tablets to my dad who is 80+ years on 24th April 23 using 1mg App. As mentioned in the App the delivery date was 28th April 23, later delivery date got changed to 3rd May, 5th May and after several follow ups with customer care, i received a mail stating estimated delivered date is 9th May.
To my surprise, on 6th May 1mg cancelled my order and made a refund without giving any proper reason.

Order was not cancelled by me, and they made me to wait for several days. I live in Bangalore and my father lives in Virjpet. it became very difficult for me to arrange medicine on time.

1mg being operating a e-commerce platform dealing with medicine, such irresponsible act can lead to loss of someone's life.

Hence i demand compensation by telling 1mg that they need to a high degree of responsibility and ownership.

One of the person whose name is munish aggarwal they did money fraud from my bank account they told me I belong to tata 0ne mg pharmacutical
company actually I order medicine from there that's why I am call to ask regarding something about my product.

I have ordered medicines through this app. I didn't receive it even after the given time and the customer support is also poor. it was an absolute head ache and financial loss

My order gets cancelled twice after accepting it that to after waiting for 24 to 48 hrs as I was in a need of the medicine urgently. Why are they accepting orders if they don't have the medicine. This kind of service is life threatening as the medicine is very important to me and I cannot afford missing even a single does otherwise I might have to get myself admit. They shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place and this happened twice

I order 3pic of Nutri Right mom Cookies but company provide me duplicate and defected product for pregnant women so how we give duplicate and rusted cookies to pregnant women so i complaint but still its not resolve

I paid Rs. 3521 on 18th September at 12:46 PM for my pharmacy order via 1mg app, the amount got deducted and reached the merchant account but my order was not placed. I am still waiting for my money. I already contacted my bank. They told that 1mg is the responsible party to pay the money back. You have supplied from very old stock

Expiry date April 2023

Why didn't you supply bottles from fres batch?
All these four bottles will expire after 5 months
I take one tablet everyday
So it is nonsense to buy such old stock medicines.
Therefore you are supposed to replace all these four bottles with fresh batch bottles.
It is also very strange that on your website app, you have totally hidden the expiry date of this medicine. Why? Because you knew very well, once a buyer comes to know about surch very old product he will never buy it.
Replace them immediately with fresh product or refund back our money.
We hope you will not constrain us to take up the matter with consumer court for selling the items hiding the fact from us.

I have given a repeat order for regular medicines on 12.11.22 vide order no.PO[protected]. However inadvertently the above medicine was also got included in the P.O. I do not know how it happened. Anyway, there is no prescription for this medicine and I do not need it. Therefore I would like to return it. Kindly arrange to collect the same and refund the amount

I had booked a Comprehensive Silver Full body checkup on 28/10/2022.
The phlebotomist came home to collect my blood sample.
The urine sample could not be given as I had just passed urine before the phlebotomist came home.
He gave me a urine container and assured me that someone would come next day to collect my urine sample .
Next day I kept my urine sample ready but nobody came to collect my urine sample.
I made multiple calls to their toll free number but they could not help me as they are only interested in sales and not in customer care service.
They are only interested in sales and once you do the payment they lose all their interest.
There is no system available for redressal of customer grievances.
I had written a review about this on Google and within half an hour they wrote back, asking me to share the details, which I did.
They promised to solve the issue within 24-48 hrs but now even after 48 hrs, the issue remains unsolved.
I wonder, what would have happened if my urine report was urgently needed.
This type of shoddy service is not expected from brand Tata.

Regarding the cash back issues my account has been suspended I am looking the account should be continued.
