            I have been repeatedly informing you the amount of Rs 1699 is deposited into account on 4 th Nov and 7 th Nov through Payum8ney bank has confirmed the amount is deposited I am not receiving the product even after lapse of 2 months nor m8bey is recieved FIR is lodged in Cyber for further investigation on the company against cheating case Treart it as urgent I am going publicise these in Hindu and leading news paper about the company Regards J Mohan [protected]

                I recorded a complaint against 10 day hair oil on 28th Dec 2020 that they did not deliver our item but money has been debited. You said it has been resolved. Actually nothing is resolved. I must say that now I have no confidence on your Consumer complaint forum

                  I have ordered 3-bottle of 10-day hair Oil through online (https://www.10dayshairoil.com/product). The money was debited from my account but I never received the item despite multiple reminder and confirming that I would receive the order very soon. In my view this company is a cheat.
