Address: Rathira Ayurveda Private Limited, No.109, Thanner Thottam, Ganeshapuram, Pollachi Main Road, Opposite Rathinam Technopark, Coimbatore-641021.

I ordered this product on 6th july with online payment, they promise to dispatch the product in 2 days.
Now his email id also not working.
I think they are fake company.
Advertising of this product should be ban on every social media platform, currently advertise on instagram.

Please help me

I order a product on 28 and till today they did not even give tracking number of courier,

means did not even give parcel to courier company for 12 days,

i will sue them through lawyer for mental haraassment, i lost my mind control in anger and did some thing wrong with my wife for which i lost my family, because bad mood due to 10 days working intentionally cheating me .

I paid because they mention 3 days delivery time but they cheat me

Did not even provide phone number only email address that too they reply late INTENTIONALLY n most time dont even reply.

    I have made an order on saturday, i haven't got any confirmation msg/mail from their end.
    Also email id provided by them is wrong, no response on chat as well.
    When i track order it shows ready for dispatch.
    Same status since last two days.
    Is it fraud.

      Sir i had placed order and already paid but from first day tracking status showing it is ready to despatch within 2 to 4 days. Pls resolve my complaint as early as possible. When i make call or even mail to you no response from your site.

          This is to bring to your notice that, i have order oil on 16 of june. And amount of 499/- has been deducted from a/c, but product is not yet delivered. Today is 20th and haven't recieved any response yet, while i check tracking order it shows, order is getting pack. Why is it getting delayed? If you can't make it on time, kindly cancel my order and refund my money back in a/c.

                  My order no. is #587186. Booked on April 27, 2020. I have not received the product nor there is any reply for the mail sent and the contact number is also disconnected. I need the refund of the money paid online. Check and refund the money paid ASAP.

                    I ordered this 10 days hair oil 2 weeks ago.. My order number is 586989. There is bo update on it. I still have no update. I also don't know whether they will provide me with the oil or not. I have spent rs 500 for it.. I already paid for it. I have sent emails several times but there is no response. I can't wait anymore.. I just want my money back.

                      Very poor and warse service and there is no link to contact with the company costumer service to ask about my ordered product information... I had ordered it on 27 march 2020 bt it yet not delivered and i paid it online... My order i'd is585889 so please help me... Either cancel it and refund my money back if it's not able to deliver or get it deliver soon...

                              I have ordered in the month of march 2020 but not delivered yet. I have mailed this issue to u also. Order id is 582232. And there is no helpline number to talk to! Solve this asap or else refund the money! And the chat option is not working! The courier services are operating too. So pls send the order asap!
