[Resolved] 10 Days Hair Oil — not delivering the product, no customer support

I have ordered 3 bottles from their website using payumoney by paying rs. 4998/- order was successful but after few days they cancelled my order themself and not refunding the amount. They do not have any customer care number except whatsapp chat but they never reply back to whatsapp messages, they can not reply to more than one customer at a time if they use whatsapp, no company in the world can use whatsapp as their customer support software. I posted my queries many times on their facebook page but now they blocked me on facebook also.

We can not see any negative comments on their facebook page as they are always removing negative comments.

I have attached the screen shots. Beware of these cheaters

The product is in a solid pink state and I am not sure how to go about using it!! this was supposed to be liquid oil. I do not know how to contact them as I do not have phone number of even a email id. Tried chatting but they were offline.

This is expensive so its a loss if I cannot even use it - forget the effectiveness.

Can someone please share me their contact?
