I have ordered 2 bottles (order date Jul 17, 2020, 8:10 PM) from their website using GPAY by paying rs. 1299/- order was successful but after few days order delivered on Jul 25, 2020 by Xpressbees logistics. After collecting the order I kept it aside for 24hrs. To safe guard ourself from covid 19 spreading. The very next day the moment I torn the parcel I realized there is shortage of 1bottle. I ordered 2, paid for 2 whereas received only 1 bottle. They delivered only 1 bottle and 1 bottle short. Quantity on Invoice is printed 2 bottle.
I have informed them and written several follow up emails for re delivery of the remaining 1 bottle or refunding the amount. Irrespective they don't have customer care number,
I have informed to Rathika hair oil team by emailing them. Also by calling on a phone number I got call from them for order confirmation I saved that number, it is #+91 [protected].
I spoke with one of lady employee, she seems foolish still has been informed too about the issue. I have been told I will get response shortly once investigation done. But it's been now more than 2 weeks no one entertaining my calls or emails. I have provided all proofs of order via email. I'm attaching herewith too.
That lady not picking up my call despite calling several times also whatsapp chat she blocked my number. they never reply back to whatsapp messages, no company in the world can use whatsapp as their customer support software. I posted my queries many times on their facebook page but now they blocked me on facebook also.
We can not see any negative comments on their facebook page as they are always removing negative comments.
