This is since 2 yrs back i got a call from 100 best buy.com people that i had won mp3 player worth rs 1000 for that u have to pay 1000 rs against which we will credit the whole amt in your account where u can purchase anything from the site. After i order the same i received the product but as per the information given to me the product was not same. Then when i try to purchase from the side i was not able to purchase for the whole amount whatever i select they cut 50 % amount and say u can buy for the total amount. Still 200 rs is been credited to my account which they are not refunding. Total cheating company staff also pathetic. Total trained staff to duped the customer.

Action should be taken against this people

Its been more than 2 years, when i was surfing online. I participated in one of the contest by 100bestbuy. Later i received a call from 100bestbuy that i won a sony lenovo tablet and to claim that i have to deposit rs. 10000 and i can use the whole rs. 10000 to purchase any product from 100bestbuy. Rep from 100bestbuy opened an account and i was able to see 10000 credit in my account online. Later when i recieved a tablet it was some local brand which i sent back to 100bestbuy and rep told that i will recieve the earlier said tablet soon. When ever i called 100bestbuy i have to explain everything everytime and while explaining every rep hung up on me. Later after couple of months i was not able to connect to 100bestbuy and not even able to access 100 bestbuy. I never heard any thing from 100bestbuy till now. All i want is that i get my hard earned money rs. 10000 back.

I, satishkumar r. patel, from mehsana, 100bestbuy.com in 2014, for which i was given a credit of rs.2900/- to my account with the company. which was showing up in their website for some time. (pls refer to the screenshot attachment of 100bestbuy.com showing the credit balance in my account.)

Subsequently i am not at all able to open 100best buy.com login to see the fate of my credit amount of rs.2900/- nor able to contact them over phone. ([protected]), despite several attempts.

Pls take up strongly with the company to refund...

I, K.Devaraj, from Coimbatore, purchased a tablet from 100bestbuy.com in 2014, for which I was given a credit of Rs.5398/- to my account with the company. which was showing up in their website for some time. (Pls refer to the screenshot attachment of 100bestbuy.com as on 21.3.2014, showing the credit balance in my account.)

Subsequently I am not at all able to open 100best buy.com login to see the fate of my credit amount of Rs.5398/- nor able to contact them over phone.[protected], [protected]), despite several attempts.

Pls take up strongly with the company to refund my amount, as now I understand that this is a fraudulent company from various complaints about this company in the web, and I do not wish to buy any more products from this company.

Would appreciate if you can take up the case strongly with the company and arrange for return of Rs.5398/- to me, as early as possible.waya

Best buy delivered bad quality shirts, which were returned to them as per their request. They confirmed their receipt of those 3 returned shirts and gave me rs.832/- credit in my account against future purchases as per their email ref. 13/10/14 at 17.24 hrs. From their "[protected]@100bestbuy.com". Since then i am trying to contact them till now through so many pohone calls and emails, but not responded by them sinc one & half years. I don't mind return or cash or in kind. Complaints from s. Srinivasan mobile [protected], email id: [protected]@yahoo.com

I have payment rs.699 online for regarding contest before year 2014. but i have not received any information contained about it. so i have been sent you many mail dated 13.5.14, 15.5.14, 20.5.14, 1.6.14, 3.6.14 13.6.14, 17.6.14, & 19.5.15, 30.5.15, and few days before this month's regarding cash back but your company no reply and not reverse my amount. so sad i want you please tack a nacessery action about my matter regarding cash back paid. otherwise protecte myself i will go to court.
So please check my emails and other information and reverse my amount immediately pl.
I will looking you're action taken. and call back my contract number.

The company called me i got prize sony smartlphone 36, 000/.in that connection they offered a tshirt and watch worth rs. 984/- and paid amount and got the same 2 items, in bill there is 3 items including sony gift phone. Actually no fone gave to me. And the tshirt and watch returned to them by courier. The amount not returned. Several emails given to them. No response. Totally 1045/ around they kept in my account, and said credit points.. They told if my buy any product a little amount will be deducted from the said 1045/- as discount. Dec 17 th ordered one mobile phone (intex eco 102e) and till now (05.01.16) i am received the material. so i called the customer care and they are telling, sorry sir your order was cancelled on 4th jan. Again, i asked what is the reason and why that order was cancelled? Ans:- reason not mentioned here just showing cancelled and sorry for that. My order id :- ab8455078.

I have purchase a shirt and a belt from 100 best buy on line i have received duplicate product and i have return the same on address given by 100 best buy. I have paid money through net banking from last 2 years i am writing the mails to 100 best buy to refund my money. Rs.1500/- but they are not refunding the same i have contact on phone also. I had purchased product and i dont like.so i had return it.after that they have credited my amount to my account in 100 bestbuy.after some time i had try to open this site at that time it will show some message like...site is under maintenance. So i had tried after few day at that time i m not able to open it.many times i tried to contact the customercare.but never contact them.kindly do the needfull and suggest what to do.

I have ordered sandals in 2013 & paid amount of Rs.520/- through debit card, but till date i have not received my product nor my refund. I have mailed the complaint to [protected]@100bestbuy.com, but not receiving any response. Please help me in getting my refund.

December 2013 i paid amount for mobile rs.1999 and after 2 months i paid 500 for sports shoes on that days i got a call from them thats it. No delivery details are mentioned. I was one of the online purchaser from 100bestbuy, delhi since last 03 years, but due to non shipment of my product as per my order or shipped the product as per their choice due to non-availability of my required product at their stock without any information to me, though i have paid the cost of product through my debit card in advance. However, on submitting complaints through email they have replied to me that you please return the product and we will return back your money with shipping cost of returned product & in this way i will get a sum of rs.4235.00 only being the cost of my products with credit point given by them. Now it is learnt that the said company is closed their business. So, i would therefore request you kindly to take up the matter with the 100bestbuy, delhi, so that i may get my money refund from them at any cost. With regards Ubrata sarma
