I, K.Devaraj, from Coimbatore, purchased a tablet from 100bestbuy.com in 2014, for which I was given a credit of Rs.5398/- to my account with the company. which was showing up in their website for some time. (Pls refer to the screenshot attachment of 100bestbuy.com as on 21.3.2014, showing the credit balance in my account.)

Subsequently I am not at all able to open 100best buy.com login to see the fate of my credit amount of Rs.5398/- nor able to contact them over phone.[protected], [protected]), despite several attempts.

Pls take up strongly with the company to refund my amount, as now I understand that this is a fraudulent company from various complaints about this company in the web, and I do not wish to buy any more products from this company.

Would appreciate if you can take up the case strongly with the company and arrange for return of Rs.5398/- to me, as early as possible.waya

I have online account opened for online purchasing on 100bestbuy, com in 2014.but at present this website is not seen and online purchasing is not done.pl solve my complaint.

I have booked a set of wrist watches in the month of October 2013. These erist watches are not yet delivered. I have registered for online contest and paid additional amount of 8000 rupees. I am unable to order anything using that money.

    Best buy delivered bad quality shirts, which were returned to them as per their request. They confirmed their receipt of those 3 returned shirts and gave me rs.832/- credit in my account against future purchases as per their email ref. 13/10/14 at 17.24 hrs. From their "[protected]@100bestbuy.com". Since then i am trying to contact them till now through so many pohone calls and emails, but not responded by them sinc one & half years.             The company called me i got prize sony smartlphone 36, 000/.in that connection they offered a tshirt and watch worth rs. 984/- and paid amount and got the same 2 items, in bill there is 3 items including sony gift phone. Actually no fone gave to me. And the tshirt and watch returned to them by courier. The amount not returned. Several emails given to them. No response. Totally 1045/ around they kept in my account, and said credit points.. They told if my buy any product a little amount will be deducted from the said 1045/- as discount.                 I have purchase a shirt and a belt from 100 best buy on line i have received duplicate product and i have return the same on address given by 100 best buy. I have paid money through net banking from last 2 years i am writing the mails to 100 best buy to refund my money. Rs.1500/- but they are not refunding the same i have contact on phone also. They are giving their superior mobil no but that mobil no is not working. Please suggest me what i have to do further.

                        December 2013 i paid amount for mobile rs.1999 and after 2 months i paid 500 for sports shoes on that days i got a call from them thats it. No delivery details are mentioned.                                   Dear sir, I am willing to raise a complaint against 100 best buy which is totally a fake company. The company was about to refund my money so they asked me to give my acc no. ; card number & ccv number. In tern of refunding my money they started to use my account and made a transaction of rs 10000/- The number from which i received a call is [protected]. Please look into this matter and recover me a sum of rs 10, 000/-+3000/- and please teach him a lesson so that in near future he doesn't repeat the same with anybody.
