I, K.Devaraj, from Coimbatore, purchased a tablet from 100bestbuy.com in 2014, for which I was given a credit of Rs.5398/- to my account with the company. which was showing up in their website for some time. (Pls refer to the screenshot attachment of 100bestbuy.com as on 21.3.2014, showing the credit balance in my account.)
Subsequently I am not at all able to open 100best buy.com login to see the fate of my credit amount of Rs.5398/- nor able to contact them over phone.[protected], [protected]), despite several attempts.
Pls take up strongly with the company to refund my amount, as now I understand that this is a fraudulent company from various complaints about this company in the web, and I do not wish to buy any more products from this company.
Would appreciate if you can take up the case strongly with the company and arrange for return of Rs.5398/- to me, as early as possible.waya
