    8th July, 2023, they cancelled the order, order no-PW 183929. They promised money return in, one week, but it has been, 6weeks&4days, they didn't return 600rs. The phone number mentioned in the website donot attend i requested call back back multiple times, my phone number has also been blocked by them

      Fraudulent website. The order was cancelled, but it has been more than a month and they still have not refunded my money. The order tracker does not show any orders. The phone numbers mentioned on the website do not work. I requested call back multiple times but no one has contacted me yet.

      I was able to connect get the number of an employee (Irfan - [protected]) who said that they will refund me in 3-4 days, but it's been 3 weeks but no refund was made. my number has also been blocked now.

        Had placed an order for same day midnight delivery on[protected] which they refused to deliver even though the system allowed me to place an order. Told me that they would be able to deliver only in the morning and said they cannot refund my midnight charges of Rs. 300/-. Upon telling them to cancel it, it's been nearly two months, I am still chasing for refund. All follow-ups are from my end on Whatsapp, Email and calls. Zero Communication OR acknowledgement from the team.

          I placed an order in april but the order wasn’t delivered and when I asked for refund first these people ignored my calls but then finally agreed to refund the amount and said it’ll show within a week in your account. It has been more than two months I haven’t received any refund and I have been calling these people since then but nobody picks up the calls

            Hi, I have ordered a product online on 13th of March 2021 and i did the online payment. The product was not delivered as promised and now when I am asking for refund, this company is making excuses. I called them several times and they rarely pick the call. Now when they pick the call either they tell me to wait or disconnect the call. No action is taken till date. Kindly tell me what to do?

              After placing an order on online phoolwada failed to deliver the flower gift.
              Initial email saying they delivered the gift, but it was not delivered, and only after my inquire I found out they never delivered the gift. Customer services said they attempt to delivery but there was no such address and provided phone number never work.

              Despite having a sender and a receiver phone number they never attempted to make a phone call, nor providing me with evidence that they attempted to deliver.
              Refusing a refund, is they priority in main list of wording, this according to many reviews on websites.
              It is about time for company like this to change dirty Technics and provide honest a very good customers service.

                  The order was placed on 1st may to send flowers and chocolate for a birthday...
                  Goods are still not delivered
                  They are saying this will be delivered later.. When evr they feel like it is feasible..
                  I know it is lock down..
                  They should not have taken the order at all
                  Now they take orders and not saying that it is not refundable
                  They are saying it can be used in future
                  1st request is not delivered.. Then
                  In future we do not know if this will be delivered
                  When called
                  1 number is always switched off
                  Other number.. All that they say is non refundable and disconnected the call
                  They are no more answering the call
                  Please look into the issue and get this resolved please...
                  This merchant seems to be a fraud

                    I have placed the order on 12th feb 2020 to deliver it on 14th feb but its been around 1 month still it has not been delivered.

                    Called 100+ times, sometime they received and said will get back but never updated.

                    I have given negative review on site but it is not reflecting on site, its only showing positive reviews which looks like fake reviews.

                      This phoolwala.com not picking the phone and not responding my complaint, i have paid money online and ordered flowers to my wife on velentine day. That order is not yet delivered, please help order number pw168000rder date 10/02/2019.

                      I am continuously trying to contact phoolwala.com on there whatsapp number, call message contact us complaints every option but there is no response from there side.

                      I had booked an order PW168216 which was not delivered at all. No one picks up the phone in customer contact number. Worst experience. Need my money refunded.

                          I ordered diwali sweets to be delivered to my sister. Order no pw 166828. Half quantity of order but different product was delivered. Tge logistic partner was rude as if he has obliged us. V returned the wrong order and asked for refund but no action has been taken. I have wadted too much time on calling them but to no avail.
                          They are fraudsters!! Beware!!

                            I ordered a flower ouquet on 28th aug to be delivered on 29th aug 2018. But these people didnt deliver my order on the above mentioned date and it has been 10 days now since my order is not delivered. Their customer care does not responds properly. This site should be banned as they cheat the customers. I need my refund as soon as possible but these people dont bother to hear the customer once they get the money.

                              Soumya biradar from bangalore ordered a flower bouquet from phoolwala.com, an online store that guarantees same day delivery. The order was to gulbarga on mother's day. Flowers to gulbarga failed to deliver on the specified day. They had dropped a mail saying that due to bad weather conditions they could not deliver it on the same day and they are going to deliver it on next day i. E on 14th may.
                              I had called them several times on 14th they promised me that they will deliver flowers to shipping address by 3pm on 14th. When i called them at 2pm they said delivery is in process. When i called them after 3pm they told there are no flowers available in gulbarga so they will refund my money back.
                              Til now they have not refunded my money and not responding to any of my calls and mails.

                                Basis my order pw161931, the order was taken on their website for delivery on the same day i. E. 14th feb. The order was placed at 1.45 pm for which i have an invoice as well. However in 10 mins i got a mail stating that the order cant be delivered today and would be delivered tomorrow, and i had to confirm on that. I stated if it cant be delivered kindly process a refund. They did not come back on it. After large number of attempts when i was able to call them they said they dont process refunds at all and they will deliver tomorrow only. Really reckless and # people. Actual fraudsters. Then they attempted a delivery yesterday ignoring my call where i stated nobody would be able to receive the order. Now none of them are picking the calls. What thugs these people are. Shame on you... Logon ki kaatni hi hai toh dakait ban jao... Kyon khule aam logon ko loot rahe ho... Spoiling india's name everywhere globally by being on the internet

                                  I ordered the "Meet your dream" Bouquet/Teddy bear/Chocolates combo from Phoolwala.com.They charged me an extra Rs.400 for delivery charges to that small town.

                                  I ordered this bouquet for a wedding reception of one of my close relatives. I was shocked when they delivered a small bunch of roses tied with a ribbon and was sent in a carry bag from a local bakery shop. The roses were not fresh and the "bouquet" looked as if it was made with flowers from roadside vendors and I was terribly embarrassed to see the picture of the bride with the "bouquet". What a shame!!

                                  Moreover, the teddy bear was much smaller in size than what was promised and they sent Cadbury's chocolates instead of Ferrero Rocher Chocolates. After I complained to them, they sent another bouquet which was no way close to the one I ordered. I ordered a bouquet with roses but they sent one that was mixed with cheaper flowers. Never trust this company.

                                    I order a product called 'love struck' from phoolwala.com via order no 148753 with higher price (due to valentine as per website) with delivery date 14/02/2016 at aligarh, up but product is not delivered on 14/02/2016.wen I called, they told me that they will deliver today i.e. 15/02/2016 for which I did not agree bcoz gift was for valentine day.now they have said no for refund and not picking up my call.they are behaving as if they are obliging by delivering the product ..very sad with the service

                                      My name is Archana and I had placed an order from phoolwala.com for Rakhi and it costed me more than 1300rs each for 2 orders. I had confirmed with them that my order will reach before Rakhi but to my surprise it reached much later after Rakhi was over. They are putting it to technical problem and not accepting their mistake. When I asked for the refund they mention that because of the delay they will process it but now they are saying since we got the product so what if it was after Rakhi I will not get my refund back. Please think twice before placing the Oder from Phoolwala.com as they just don't value customer and their intentions and emotions. All they bother about their money. I had got confirmation from Minakshi that I will get the refund and now she has turned back on her words as they don't want to lose the money but happy to lose customer.im very very disappointed with the service and I feel that one should think couple of times before doing online shopping from Phoolwala.com

                                        I am so impressed with phoolwala’s service in particular the timely delivery which is exceptional to be seen by most online portals. I ordered a special celebration combo which consists of bunch of 12 red roses and a black forest cake for my wife’s birthday and I ought to say that the combo was delivered to her at exact time i.e., 12 am… My surprise for my wife worked well and she was too happy to receive it. All thanks go to Phoolwala. Best service indeed!

                                        Roses were ordered on 12th feb 2018, supposed to deliver on 14th feb 2018, not yet delivered 10:41 pm, no call no msg received. I was a surprise for valentine's day . but every thing waste . I want my money back.
