i played a contest of iphone for Rs 599 ..and i was gifted a shoe and then again for playing that contest i was charged Rs 899 ...the shoe i told for size 11 but they gave me 10..Then i was told if i win the contest i will be gifted the i phone nd if i lose i can buy products from 100 best buy ..but very bad service, no response from you.My contact number [protected].

    I have booked a mobile phone on date 13 feb. 2013 form 100 bestbuy.com, suksh techonology pvt. Ltd through hdfc net banking & paid amount rs. 4384.00. But unfortunately no product received till date after 1 year ago. Telephonic conversation to company customer service again to again but no satisfaction response .
    All ready we have 1000 rupees expend or give up this fraud company by coupon.
    I have mentally harassment about time spend & money this fraud company.

    So please help & need necessary action.

          still date not responce by 100bestbuy... please 100testbuy is the fraud company don't rely on this company, adds, calls etc. i have ordered and paid 12 months back and till date i have not received. i am going to file a case in consumer court soon. please exposed this company to media and govt authourities so that others will not suffer.

            Sir, I have ordered a juicer on 11th jan vide order no.[protected]Ref #[protected] and had paid rs.670 and till today I have not received the product neither there was a response to my mails and phone calls. Last 2-3 days, i have been trying their call centre number which is not working. I have also paid rs.599 on[protected] vide order number: 15786016 towards contest which they have credited as points to my account. However, when i placed the above order and wanted use these points, without adjusting the amount against The points available they have debited my account fully for rs.670 totalling rs1269/-.                     I have ordered for two sari's which i received on 07 january 2015 by courier. I initially placed an order and after seeing that the postage was around cancelled the order. A person from customer care called me and told me that they will be reducing the freight charge and they will be giving a gift voucher for rs. 400/-. I went ahead with the order and received two sari's. I opened the pack and found sari's that i didn't order with a different brand and totally strange colours. It is cheap sari's that does not even cost half the amount that i paid. I tried calling customer service for two days and received only recoded message to write in. I have i have emailed a few time and i called customer service a few times with great difficulty and i was told they will do a reverse pickup in a few days. An e mail was also sent regarding this. I called them so many time and e mailed them but of no avail. I am in a fix. I haven't come across such callousness from a company that takes people money and gives us a cheap product and the customer has to go begging for their fault. Will somebody help me in this matter or should i go to the consumer court to get my money back.

                    I have posted this complaint on February 06.2015 and the company has not bothered to contact me, take back the product and refund my money. What to do. I think they are the worst every company possible.

                      I got a call from the company on 23-01-15 that i won a sony experia z & they also informed me that for that i will have to pay rs 900 and in exchange of which they now send one tshirt combo of worth rs. 2500 and one mobile coupon inside.                         Dear sir, i was received a call on[protected] from customer care of 100bestbuy.com com service centre i have recording of this call. He said to me i have participating in a contest which is for sony xpreia z and i am short listed for sony xperia z in top 10 short listers i have to chance to win the sony xperia z but with the payment of 799 with the order of two mens t-shirts is order no. Is 33283410 with the fila brands which is full slave t-shirts one is black and 2nd is orange and also i have 100% cash back offer if i will not win sony xperia z i will get 100% cash back in my account in the terms of credit points but after some days i was received a courier on dated[protected] from blue dart courier service in this courier i was received two mans t-shirts with file brand this was not full slave this was half slave's and colour also not according to my order, i was call to customer care and they said to me returned the t-shirts we will pay you courier charges in the terms of 100best buy credit points then i was returned the courier and i order to replace my order with 100bestbuy website but i was returned the product through on dot courier service on dated[protected] and also i was reached in their address which is given by their executive through email i have trying to contact them many times but they are not pick my call and also no reply by them. I have received on 399 credit points in my account instead of 799+150 (Courier charges) = 949, and also i did not get my t-shirts till date i have all proofs i have call records and i have e-mails which is sent by me & their replies. Please resolve my problem early to early i realy thankfull to you...
                        Now i have recieved a courier from 100bestbuy.com in respect my order but my problem still pending i have again received half slleves t-shirts instead of full sleeves according to my order. I am again complaint against 100bstbuy.com. And i did not get full credit points i. E. 500 against my order as per your scheme and 150 for courier charges. I am coming for a justice in front of you with all evidence like recording of calls received from thier for joining in contest and details of my order and promise to pay courier charges by your customer executive. I was already upload all photo proofs in my last complaint but my problem still pending they have no fear of any campliant i filled with... Please help me to get justice...

                        i have already informed that i have received again half sleeves T-shirts from 100bestbuy.com & i have received call from 100bestbuy.com they are telling me to return back T-shirts to 100bestbuy.com and they will pay again pay me courier charges as credit points i.e. 150/- when they will have availablebility of full sleeves t-shrits then they send me full sleeve t-shirts i am very harrassed from this online purchase from 100bestbuy.com now i want to court case against them thorugh consumer forum please give me the insturction for court case against them now this is bad & fraud policy to increase the sale of their website thorugh credit points agaisnt courier charges i donot want to purchase any item from theri website i want to return my money back in my bank account or money order on my name. if i will return back the T-shirts with expense of 150/- courier charges and i will receive again in my credit points what is surety that they will send me full sleeves t-shirts and i will get my courier charges again in my credit points and this process running again again and again and my credit points will increase with my cash i have no choice without purchase from their web site. please resolve my problem hurry. i am very hurrassed from this online shoping. please get strict action against them.

We send on them on 8th november 2014 by maruti courier. Then they send me other shoes which was very cheap then wht i order again i call them they told me that by mistake they have send that so they told us to send it again i return through maruti courier on 4th dec 2014.                                         Dear sir, One day i have got an advertisement in my system that i am a winner of gifts of watch, tablet for which i have been asked to pay rs.699/- on payment of the same, immediately i got a call from 100bestbuy company stating that "you've to make the payment of rs.9999 and the total amount will be credited to an account which will be created on your name and you can purchase anything through these points". I have paid even rs.9999/- also and i have been credited that amount in an account with a password given by them. After that, they have sent me the gifts i. E. A watch and a tablet. After a gap of 4 months, i tried to purchase some other items through www.100bestbuy.com, which i was not able use my amount which they promised that i can use for any other purchases. Since, then i have been continuously trying to do online transactions through www.100bestbuy.com. when i am going for purchase, i am being asked to pay more than 90% of product cost in spite of the fact that i am having amount of about rs.10, 000/- with 100bestbuy company. This is a clear trap of people and cheating by not allowing to use the amount towards purchase of already existing my own money with the company. Every time if i have to pay 95% of the product cost, i will never be able to utilize my amount i have paid to 100bestbuy company.
