Regards P. nithyanandan Dear sir, I am really happy atleast after my repeated request, you have enquire About the non-receipt of products. i am not boasting, we had purchased a Mobile for rs32000/ from flipcart.com, after To 100bestbuy Service 27 nov Dear sir, I am really happy atleast after my Repeated request, you have enquire about the non-receipt of products. i am not Boasting, we had purchased a mobile for rs32000/ from flipcart.com, after 8 Days the mobile started giving complain and we lodged a complain to0 replace The mobile, i was really surprised to see that it was replaced within 24 hrs. I had a horrowful experiance experiance From your staff, they would always tell we have lodged acomplain and the will Be taken within a week, i had almost lodged atleast 10 to 15 complains and even After 4 months there was no response. this is the first time that i have Received mail from you asking me to forward particulars. i am attaching the Particulars. EVEN AFTER THIS COMPLAINT, THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED, ACTUALLY THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED. THEY TOLD ME COPIES OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS, HOWEVER TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE SAME OR DESPATCHED MY PRODUCTS.
100BESTBUY IS NOT DEPENDABLE.THEY ARE TRYING TO FOOL PEOPLE WITH THEIR TRICKS.
