[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — Non- refund of Rs.699/- +Rs.699/- Total Rs.1398/-/ non delivery of mobile.

I took part in a contest twice in 100bestbuy. com. It was for Rs699 for a lucky draw contest of samsung galaxy mobile. It was for Rs699 so I went through the rules of the contest which said whether we win the contest or not, our money will be refunded .Two transaction of Rs.699/- by visa card has been debited to my a/c on 24/08/2013 time 01.02.27 and 24/08/2013 time 01.24.49.I have been told that i had won samsung s3 galaxy which will be delivered to me in due course and the second payment of rs.699/- will be credited in my concerned a/c. but after elapsing of more than four months.I have not recieved my won samsung galaxy mobile and alo my money Rs.699/-.
