100Bestbuy.com — Refund of amount

Dear Sir, I have booked a ‘Belmonte’ Watch having Ref. ID: 22287771, amounting to Rs. 839/- through COD basis through online from 100bestbuy.com, C/O Suksh Technology Pvt Ltd, Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/[protected]@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore - 560087 & I have received the parcel by paying the above amount, on dt. 04.07.2013. I am sorry to say that, I am not happy with the product & I have returned the ‘Belmonte’ watch to company ( 100best buy) with original box through 'First flight Currier' vide docket no. MU0684791 & they have received the same on dtd. 22.07.2013 . Inspite of my regular reminder through mail & by phone call the Company have no response in this regard & I am harashed due to negligence of this type of job. It is not a good manner of a reputed company. The company’s people were cheated to the customers by giving the false message & time. Now, I want to refund my money with courier cost from company, either cash or Credit point at an earliest.
